Please check your facts before defaming Mr. Character bios, location information, project notes, all in one easy to use package. With yWriter you don't need them. Those, I think, are mostly for the research papers. Cons Haven't explored all the capabilities yet, but so far I see no cons.

We do not encourage or condone the use of this program if it is in violation of these laws. The interface is arranged nicely, with a list of Chapters on the left and spaces to add new Softwage, Characters, Project Notes, Locations, and Items on the right; This tabbed interface makes it easy to switch between categories and to see what kind of progress you're making in different areas as you assemble the structure of your story.
Another nice thing about yWriter is that it offers a project softwae that is quite helpful for people who are new to the program.

The iOS version is a tad different due to the small screen, but the organization of scenes is great. I also had problems with fonts too tiny for me, and I couldn't figure out how to change sovtware default What I needed was a way to keep a list of ywrkter, locations, scenes, something to help me track all those characters who, where, why.
Why reinvent the wheel? Then you can search for a program that helps you to solve those problems. I used to use yWriter on my computer, but lack of availability on mobile made me abandon it in favor of Scrivener, now let me tell you
